Every week you'll receive the science: what's actually happening neurologically, physiologically, and in your nervous system, so your mind can finally rest and trust the process. Each session builds on the last, a spiral inward and not a linear checklist. You will be held, guided, and met exactly where you are.
The history of psilocybin medicine, where it came from, the wisdom keepers who have protected it for thousands of years, and why it's re-emerging now. The neuroscience: the Default Mode Network, neuroplasticity, serotonin. Strains, dosing protocols, set and setting, safe storage, and harm reduction. You'll leave with the grounded, educated confidence that transforms curiosity into an intentional relationship with the medicine.
A deep dive into the architecture of your inner world and how the nervous system works, why it gets stuck, and how we can gently regulate and calm it. We explore the vagus nerve, the polyvagal ladder, and the physiological states that shape how you feel, connect, and heal. A regulated nervous system is the ground from which real transformation grows.
We drop into one of humanity's oldest healing technologies: the breath. This week we enter the ancient library of conscious connected breathwork, a practice that speaks directly to the fight-or-flight system and invites it to release what it has been holding. Breath becomes the bridge between the nervous system science we've learned and the deeper embodied experience that lives beneath it.
Sound is one of the most powerful and least understood tools in the psychedelic healing space. A full Sound Healing 101 in the context of medicine work, exploring how sound affects the brain, nervous system, and body during altered states. How frequency, vibration, and rhythm can deepen, guide, or ground a psychedelic experience. You'll understand why music is medicine, and experience the transformative power of live sound firsthand.
This week we step back and weave. The medicine, the nervous system, the breath, the sound. All of it begins to speak to each other as one living practice. We explore how these modalities support and amplify one another, and how to work with them as an integrated whole. Insight becomes embodied wisdom. Scattered learnings become a coherent inner map you can trust and return to.
Our final week is intentionally medicine-free, a week to let the body integrate fully on its own and feel what has genuinely shifted. We review everything journeyed through together, celebrate how far you've come, and build your personal action plan for what's next. You leave with a clear, grounded vision because you now have the tools, the wisdom, and the lived experience to walk it yourself.
